Don't overpower you characters, please. And make the applications decent - they don't have to be super long, but enought to give whoever you're playing with a decent idea of your character.

Profile Help
Name: Anything, within reason
Gender: Male, female, or android. Newyorkers can be/have androids.
Species: Were-creature, magician, witch, whichever part of them defines them most.
Age:
Appearance: You can use a play-by here if you like, i don't mind. A brief description detailing hair colour, eye colour, clothing, height, weight, how pretty someone is etc would be nice.
Personality: Go into a bit of detail here please. Mainly so that if you want to stay consistently in character you can refer back to your own profile and check it out.
Strengths/Powers: Go to town, but if you have too many, people might not want to rp with you
Weaknesses: Balance out your strengths somewhat. Getting into lots of fights is NOT a weakness, by the way, if you win all of your fights.
Possessions: excess, not the mundane stuff. Include weaponry here.
History: Make it detailed or brief, your choice.
Notes: Anything not included in the rest of the bio that you think might be useful.
Colours + Decoration: Anything you like, as long as it's visible. Bear in mind you can use hex code and are not limited to the drop-down box (i'm not partronising you by saying this - i only figured it out recently ). If possible, keep ornate writing to the name so that the rest of it is easier to read.
For an example profile, see Luca Rossini in the approved characters section, although your profile can be shorter or longer than that if you like, it's just something to go on.
Races – characterised by
Wolves – heightened sense of smell and hearing, black and white vision, many have hair colouring that matches their fur pattern. Very strong.
Big cats – excellent night vision, sharp hearing, very fast, can jump up to five metres in the air, hair colour matches fur patterns.
Crocodiles/Gators – slow runners, fast hand movements (i.e. grabbing something out of thin air), extremely strong, very bulky build, poor eyesight.
Birds of prey – very fast, no stronger than a human, excellent eyesight
Other animals – you get the idea. Senses carry over from animal form to human form. Fur/feather patterns carry over too, but can be dyed.
Of course, you can break the character creation rules if you like - there are exceptions to everything, these are just guidelines. Any other characters you can go to town on!
